A-Sip Building Systems is an advanced construction technology designed to meet the stringent requirements of the South African National Standards (SANS) and the National Building Code. This system incorporates Light Steel Frame (LSF) technology, that is engineered for compliance with SANS 517:2013, ensuring that buildings meet the highest safety and performance standards as defined in SANS 10400. The system has been tested and approved by Agrément South Africa under certificate number 2016/517 and is registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) under registration number 3000179675. The design and construction work are carried out under the supervision of a registered structural engineer.
