Construction & Materials
Our park homes are built using panels which are manufactured at our in-house panel plant, ensuring complete control over quality and consistency. Key construction features include:

Chassis and Floor

  • Boxed lip channel design for extra strength.
  • 275mm boxed lip channel for 12m units and 200mm for smaller units.
  • Cross members: 150mm lip channel spaced at 600mm centres.

 

Roof and Ceiling

  • 5° pitched roof using 50mm EPS panel.
  • 0.47mm zinc-alume with an IBR profile finish.
  • Floor-to-ceiling height: 2400mm.

 

Walls

  • 50mm polystyrene core (15DV) with 0.47mm zinc-alume cladding on both sides.

 

Windows and Doors

  • Anodised aluminium top-hung windows with 4mm thick glass, blinds, and burglar guards.
  • Specially formed aluminium-framed doors with rubber gaskets and 3-lever locks.

 

Sizing and Customization
Our standard sizes include:

  • 12m x 3m
  • Double-wide

Custom sizes are available upon request to suit specific space and functionality requirements.
